The cost to build the network is determined by Openreach, not Cerberus. As the build is managed by Openreach, not us, there is a limit to what we can do to make things go any faster. It is a complex process to build a fibre network and delays caused by things such as traffic management permits are often down to the local authority or highways authority. As you will know, Cerberus Networks is one of a very few ISPs who offer Fibre to the Premises on Demand, with most providers preferring to avoid taking on something that can sometimes be challenging and time-consuming to deliver.
